PFH SPIN is a 45-minute indoor cycling class that features high-intensity cardio, muscle-sculpting strength training, and rhythm-based choreography. But it’s so much more than just a workout — it’s a powerful mind-body experience. We ride together as a pack to the rhythm of one-of-a-kind playlists. We sweat, reach, and recover, together.

Circuit 45 sessions will consist of plyometric, cardio, and strength training exercises. The core of the workout will be circuit training where exercises will combine strength training and cardio for maximum results. Each class the workout will be different but will always work every major muscle group and increase heart rate.

The workouts are designed so that each person sees their strength increase week after week.All ages, genders and fitness levels are welcome in this class. Our instructors will give modifications for each and every exercise showing how to make it easier in the beginning and more challenging as strength and endurance gains are made.

Get in shape with our specifically designed "shred" class! Participants will experience short bursts of high-intensity, interval-training that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body, specifically designed to “make it rain” sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, medicine balls, or even the participant’s body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges. Live strong is a weights based group exercise class that uses light to moderate weights under high repetition choreographed to music. This class will provide you with a full body workout, targeting individual muscle groups whilst still giving you a cardio hit as well. 60 Minute Sessions burning 500 cals.

Abs Butts and Thighs

ABT – a Triple Treat Workout: Tone Your Abs, Butt, & Thighs. Just like the name says, this class focuses on your lower body as well as your core. Working on strengthening your abs, butts and thighs. A combination of strength enhancing and muscle toning exercises will target common problem areas. This class delivers an intense regime that is designed to yield results. This class fires up your fat-burning and builds lean muscle in your abs, butt, and legs—all at the same time! Options available for every fitness level.
