PFH SPIN is a 45-minute indoor cycling class that features high-intensity cardio, muscle-sculpting strength training, and rhythm-based choreography. But it’s so much more than just a workout — it’s a powerful mind-body experience. We ride together as a pack to the rhythm of one-of-a-kind playlists. We sweat, reach, and recover, together.
Get in shape with our specifically designed "MOVE" class! Participants will experience short bursts of high-intensity, interval-training that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body, specifically designed to “make it rain” sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, medicine balls, or even the participant’s body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges. No two classes are the same! Our highly experinced coaches are here to support, push and guide you to ensure you get the best out of each session!
Build full body functional strength through using a variation of compound resistance and functional strength movements. All levels of experience are welcome, this class will deliver excellent results for your efforts.
