PFH SPIN

PFH SPIN is a 45-minute indoor cycling class that features high-intensity cardio, muscle-sculpting strength training, and rhythm-based choreography. But it’s so much more than just a workout — it’s a powerful mind-body experience. We ride together as a pack to the rhythm of one-of-a-kind playlists. We sweat, reach, and recover, together.

SWEAT

Get in shape with our specifically designed "shred" class! Participants will experience short bursts of high-intensity, interval-training that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body, specifically designed to “make it rain” sweat! From circuit-style routines that jump-start cardio fitness, to creative muscle-toning exercises using dumbbells, medicine balls, or even the participant’s body weight, each class brings its own unique challenges. Bootcamp

The most refreshing class to end our week on a high! Bootcamps are run at 5:45 am every Friday inside the gym through out the colder months.
