Dale is passionate about helping people achieve their own unique health and fitness goals.
He has also grown up with a passion for sport and fitness. Playing rugby league from the age of 6 years old and going on to play representative league, AFL, union, athletics and swimming through his teenage years.
Dale believes balance is critical to many aspects of a healthy life - a balance between good nutrition, cardiovascular and functional strength training. With all three of these aspects equally important your health, wellbeing and performance will dramatically improve.
